Myrrh is a warm, resinous, and subtly spicy fragrance note derived from the sap of trees in the Commiphora genus. Predominantly a base note, it lends an exotic, sometimes smoky or slightly bitter, aroma to perfumes, often blending with amber and warm spicy accords.
